Course Details

Duration:- 5 yrs

The college offer Bachelor of Law (Integrated Law). The Five Year Integrated Law Course Leading to B.L.S.LL.B Degree is a ten semester full time course. Performance of each of the student shall be evaluated by the examination conducted at the end of each semester and also the performance in the Practical Training Subjects as per the guidelines issued from time to time by the Bar Council of India. The B.L.S. degree is a great boon to the students as the student is declared a graduate after 3 years and becomes free to pursue other PG courses side by side and also become eligible to apply for jobs or give various entrance exams .

SC, ST & Other Backward Class :-

Minimum 40% in HSC / Equivalent Courses from a recognized University Board.

OPEN :-

Minimum 45% in HSC / Equivalent courses from a recognized University Board.

Eligibility :-

Bar Council of India may from time to time, stipulated the minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants, to be obtained for the qualifying examination. Provided that such a minimum qualifying marks shall not automatically entitle a person to get admission into an institution but only shall entitle the person concerned or by the government concerned from time to time to apply for admission. Applicants who have obtained 10+2 higher secondary pass certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission in the integrated or 5 year LL.B. Course as the case may be. However, the applicants who have obtained 10+2 through open universities system directly without having any basic qualifications for procecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in law courses (Circular by BCI No. LE. Cir.: 02/2010 dtd. 20-12-2010.

Procedure for Admission

For filling the Admission Form, the applicant must come personally to College. The Application form for admission should be duly filled in and signed by the student himself enclosed with the required documents. Students of backward classes i.e. SC/ST/OBC/NT/DT/SBS/VJ etc., are required to mention whether they seek the GOI Scholarship or Freeship.
